Vincent Tsang holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and in 1996 he co-founded Infocheck.  Under his leadership Infocheck became the largest Canadian owned Human Resources Consulting Firm specializing in Background Checks and Exit Interviews.  In 2004 Infocheck was acquired by First Advantage (NASDAQ: FADV).  From 2004 to 2006 Vincent held a senior management position with First Advantage where he was the Vice President, Business Development for Canada.  Vincent has established himself as one of Canada’s pre-eminent authorities on background screening and has been invited to speak at various conferences, which include The Canadian Association for Career Educators and Employers 1999 Ontario Regional Conference, The Canadian & Retention 2000 Super Conference, The 2001 Recruitment Issues Conference for the Ontario Association of School Business Officials Human Resources Committee, and the 2004 Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario Conference. 

Vincent has also been utilized by the media as an expert in the area of background checks by Alberta Venture, Canada AM, Global Television, Globe and Mail, Ottawa Citizen, CBC Morning News, CBC Venture, Toronto Star, Montreal Gazette, Calgary Herald, and the National Post.
