The Marketing department is searching for the right applicant to fill a critical position in our Calgary Head Office. This creative individual will work closely with the Merchandising, Marketing, Signage, and Purchasing teams to build the brand of Marks Work Wearhouse, working to create a visually appealing and easy to shop environment, and strive for business continuity, while helping to increasing sales and UPT's. Responsibilities: -Conceptualizing and executing the parameters of Visual Merchandising to reflect the company direction and the Clothes that Work brand -Developing Monthly Merchandise Assortment Guides (MAG’s) to assist stores with keeping up with product flow, promotions, and seasonal changes -Creating floor plans according to national sales plans and linear footage -Visual Merchandising and special marketing initiatives and communication -Training store employees in store set-up and attending new locations to help with set-ups across Canada Qualifications / Skills Required: -A strong visual merchandising background with retail store experience -A passion for working with retail products -Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft applications, Lotus notes, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Ability to prioritize and multi-task -Must be proactive, detail oriented, and take initiative, as well as follow direction, while working in a team environment

Mark's Work Wearhouse comprises more than 300 stores Canada wide including L'Equipeur stores in Quebec and Franchise stores. Mark's provides work apparel for both business casual and industrial consumers in destination stores ranging in size from 5,000 - 13,000 square feet. In addition, Mark's is a market leader in merchandise designed for casual and outdoor pursuits. Mark's is focused on creating value for its Canadian consumers through new store openings, relocations, and by enhancing the merchandise assortments in existing stores.
