We are looking for a part-time corporate clerk to join our Vancouver team. The position is for 3 days per week. Main responsibilities will include preparing dissolutions, doing company searches, obtaining Certificates of Good Standing, annual maintenance work, updating information in ALF and handling various administrative tasks
