Manage early and safe return to work of partially disabled employees following a personal illness or injury and assist the Health & Wellness Manager in the implementation of health and wellness initiatives/strategies aiming at reducing absenteeism as well as human and financial costs resulting from illnesses and injuries; Performs effective disability management by following-up with the employees, supervisors and the Insurer with regards to medical files; Develops return-to-work plans and communicate the details of the plans to the employee's manager, the Human Resources Business Partner, the Insurer (if applicable) and the employee’s treating physician; Provides day-to-day subject matter support/coaching to colleagues and internal clients; Provides support and makes recommendations on health & wellness policies, procedures and initiatives. Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management
